These accommodations offer more traditional hotel-style services and range from small inns a short drive from the beach to large beachfront resorts and everything in between. Inns & Guests Houses - Multi Unit Lodging offering limited services
One of the best ways to experience Rincon 'like a local' is to stay in one of our friendly guest houses and inns that provide accommodations with limited services, ranging from basic, budget rooms for the surfer crowd to very elegant upscale properties with spacious rooms and designer furnishings. Guest rooms may have a mini-fridge and/or microwave but do not have 'self-catering' kitchen facilities in the rooms. Guest Houses may offer breakfast (check each website for details) - but do not have a restaurant onsite. The owner/host or manager often lives onsite - but the guest units have their own entrance so you can be 'on your own' but have easy access to someone who knows everything about Rincon! Vacation Rentals- Apartments, Condos & Villas
These properties are 'self-catering' units that have all the comforts of home, but limited on-site services. The manager or owner will normally greet you and give you the keys to your apartment/condo/house and then leave you on your own unless you call them. Each property should have a fully-equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals.
