NEW YORK — JetBlue is bringing back its popular All-You-Can-Jet pass, which allows anyone to travel to an unlimited number of cities over a one-month period.
It's a chance for the airline to fill empty seats during what is traditionally the slowest time of the year and hopefully, for JetBlue, to create the same wide-ranging social buzz it generated last year when it launched the promotion for the first time.
And for consumers with wanderlust, stamina, $700, or better yet, a combination of all three, it's a continual ticket to any destination in the U.S. and Caribbean for 30 days.
The pass is valid for flights between Sept. 7 and Oct. 6, the company announced Tuesday. There are two price tiers: an unlimited pass for $699 or a $499 pass that excludes travel on Fridays and Sundays.
Last year, the unlimited tickets cost $599 and they sold out fast.

Women's Mountain Biking: Exciting victory for Colombia and Mexico.
Rincon, Puerto Rico (July 29, 2010) - Eleven runners from seven countries competed for gold at the mountain bike event held today at Rincón, the capital of mountain biking, triathlon and surfing.
Angela Parra, from Colombia, won the gold medal and also established a new record time of 1:46.58 on the 30.4 km (18.8 miles) route. The best time per lap for Parra was 26:16. The 1:49:3 women's record prevailed for this route.
The Central American biking winner described the race as "a difficult test, especially at the end when you find a steep hill. It’s a very technical track that requires good energy management from an athlete." said Parra, who found it impossible to practice in the circuit yesterday because of the rain that saturated the ground.
The silver medal was won by Laura Morfin, from Mexico, with a time of 1:48.01. Morfin was familiar with the route, having participated in it in March in another mountain bike event. "It's a route that I enjoy, and I love racing in the Island", described the Mexican athlete who is very dear to the people of Rincón.
Viviana Maya, from Colombia, completed the podium with the bronze medal with a time of 1:49.04, crossing the line coming only two minutes 6 seconds behind her fellow Colombian.
"I am surprised at the number of mountain biking enthusiasts in this crowd, it’s a wonderful thing to have in the island. The level and number of runners is also impressive," said Maya, whose assessment of the route was that the journey was "very tough, with demanding heat and length.”
Puerto Rico was represented by runners Josette Velazquez and Sarah Hernandez. Velazquez crossed the finish line at 2:03.23, coming in sixth position, while Hernandez withdrew from the race after completing the second lap of the four lapped circuit at 1:06.02.
Amelia Blanco, from Dominican Republic and Telma Quan, from Guatemala, also finished the race.
In men, a gold and bronze medal for Mexico, and Colombia takes silver.
The fight was intense for the pointer near the finish line of the men's mountain biking race, 45.4 km (28.2 miles) in length. In the end, Ignacio Torres, from Mexico, won with a time of 2:17.29, followed by Luis Mejia, from Colombia, with a time of 2:18.00. Rafael Escarcega from Mexico crossed the line with a time of 2:24.41, to take third place.
The outcome of the event was a great surprise for everyone, Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica, dominated most of the time during the race.
Eudaldo Asencio, from Puerto Rico, landed in eighth place with a time of 2:33.36, while her teammate, Kelvin Gonzalez, withdrew from the race without completing the test. Asencio gave her rivals a battle to the very end, and was able to overcome the loss of time in the race, after having a flat on lap number six, at the field circuit.
Four other runners -from Guatemala, Dominican Republic, and two from El Salvador, also withdrew from the race.
The mountain bike event in the men’s category had seven countries competing: Puerto Rico, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and El Salvador.

RINCON(July 22, 2010)-Just the way it happened at the 2008 Olympic Games at Beijing, the BMX discipline, cycling modality-that many consider an extreme sport, is ready to take for assault the XXI edition of the Mayaguez 2010 Center-American Sports Games.
It is that the BMX debut at the Rincon Track comes after the builder of the track that was used in Beijing will be in charge of designing and carrying out all the necessary movement of the terrain so that Puerto Rico would have the best possible field for this event. Tom “the track builder” Ritz came to Rincon three years ago to design and begin the construction of this BMX track that counts with all the requirements of the Union on Cycling International (UCI).
“It is like the Beijing track, at a smaller range. We are lucky that Ritz, who during the past 10 years has built the tracks of all the worldwide championships and was who also built the tracks of the past Olympic Games has been the master of these tracks,” pointed out the coordinator of BMX in Mayaguez 2010, Miguel Rivera.
Rivera explained that although the track took three years to be perfected , Ritz not even needed 15 days to design and built all the necessary terrain movements for the track to count with the exact specifications of the UCI.
“You could say that it is the same track of Beijing 2008.The difference is that the track of the Olympics was a Super cross track, where the jumps go up to nearly 60 feet, but here is not the same situation, as we are not in Supercross, but in regular BMX. But it counts with the necessary dimensions to give the public that attends, a spectacular he/she will never forget, said Rivera.
BMX starts today at 4:00 p.m. at the Rincon track, going up Highway 115 from Highway #2 North, coming from Mayaguez. In spite of some traditional sports didn’t mobilize the minimum amount of representatives for the event to come to life in Mayaguez 2010,BMXleader of the extreme sports, worldwide level, it got what it took, because seven countries confirmed its participation. These are: Costa Rica, Aruba, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
