"Organic Surfer Chef" Pedro J. Rivera is a Puerto Rican local with international experience in the kitchen and on the waves. He creates unique and savory dishes using organic produce and local fish, meat and poultry. Chef Pedro emphasizes the importance of shopping locally and using the freshest ingredients possible. He combines his Puerto Rican heritage with a heavy Pacific Rim influence to create healthy, conscious and tasty meals. Pedro has attended cooking school in Thailand, practiced traditional Japanese cuisine in Japan and served as a professional chef in Hawaii for many years.
